The grant and contract-related information being collected is used for all activities associated with DOE’s grant and contract awards. Access to or use of the information is permitted only to DOE and contractor personnel with a need for the information to perform their duties, and other agencies, entities, and persons, as is reasonably necessary to assist in connection with the Department’s efforts pursuant to the Routine Uses prescribed in Privacy Act SORN DOE-82. Furnishing the information is voluntary, however, failure to provide requested information may result in the Department’s inability to complete certain grant or contract activities.
